Return Policy - All items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days from purchase.

Warranty -All tattoo machines come with a full service 1 year warranty, warranties are guaranteed by the builder associated with the individual machine, return shipping costs are not included with the warranty.

Cancelled Orders - Once orders are cancelled the payment will be refunded within 24 hours from when the order was placed.

Shipping - Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours from when the order is placed. Sometimes customer demand is higher than our production capabilities, and we will NEVER sacrifice quality for quantity. Please be patient- we put a lot of care into our products, and that takes time.
